IC Group is a Calgary-based collective founded by Kaye Intal and Von Lorenz Chan — two entrepreneurs with 15+ years of combined experience in strategy, logistics, community development, and multicultural business.
Our story
We started with a simple belief: immigrant entrepreneurs deserve better support. Not generic advice, but real, hands-on help from people who understand the journey.
From Kaye's background in urban planning, corporate executive management, and strategic consulting to Von's deep expertise in logistics and operations management — we brought complementary skills to build something bigger than either of us could alone.
Today, IC Group operates three brands that serve different needs but share one mission: help businesses grow, communities connect, and culture thrive. We're proudly based in Calgary, with roots in the Philippines and connections across Canada.
