IC Group is a Calgary-based collective founded by Kaye Intal and Von Lorenz Chan — two entrepreneurs with 15+ years of combined experience in strategy, logistics, community development, and multicultural business.
Our story
We started with a simple belief: immigrant entrepreneurs deserve better support. Not generic advice, but real, hands-on help from people who understand the journey.
From Kaye's background in urban planning, corporate executive management, and strategic consulting to Von's deep expertise in logistics and operations management — we brought complementary skills to build something bigger than either of us could alone.
Today, IC Group operates three brands that serve different needs but share one mission: help businesses grow, communities connect, and culture thrive. We're proudly based in Calgary, with roots in the Philippines and connections across Canada.
Kaye's strategic consulting background is the foundation of IC Strategies, IC Group's business growth and execution practice, which works with established business owners to reduce owner dependency and build businesses that can grow with greater independence.
